What type of information do we collect?
Use and Disclosure of Usage Information
Elder Care Solutions may use and disclose the Usage Information to provide, operate, and improve the Site, Content, and/or Elder Care Solutions’ products and services, to provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support; and to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices.
In addition, Elder Care Solutions may also use the Usage Information for its own internal business purposes including statistical, design or operational purposes, such as to estimate audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns and understand demographic trends among users.
Elder Care Solutions may also share, disclose or transfer Usage Information in connection with a merger, sale of all or some of its assets, debt financing, or other corporate event, including for transaction due diligence (collectively, a “Corporate Change”). In the event of a Corporate Change (either during due diligence or upon the consummation of the Corporate Change), Elder Care Solutions may transfer the Usage Information, in whole or in part, to the relevant third part(ies) and, if such Corporate Change actually occurs, such Usage Information will then be subject to the privacy policies of such third part(ies).

Storage of Information
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
California residents only – YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Companies that collect personally identifiable information from California residents and disclose such information to third parties for marketing purposes must, in response to a request by a consumer, either (1) provide a list detailing the categories of information shared and the entities to which such information was provided, or (2) provide a mechanism by which a consumer may opt-out of having their information shared with third parties. Do Not Track Disclosures
No action is taken in response to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide users the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services. Although Elder Care Solutions uses Google Analytics and other third party tracking tools for the Site, we are not aware if third parties collect personally identifiable information about an individual’s online activities when such an individual uses the Site.
