1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We designed the App so that your information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information

• Your answers to the App's questionnaire

• The plans or reports you create

• Financial, health. or family information of any kind

• Your location

• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers

• Usage analytics or behavioral data

The App does not require an account, login, or registration of any kind. The App contains no advertising, no analytics software, and no third-party tracking tools.

2. WHERE YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED

​

All information you enter in the App -- including your questionnaire answers, the plans you create, and the reports the App generates -- is stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device storage technology. We have no access to it. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or recover it.

If you delete a plan within the App, or delete the App itself, that information is permanently removed. We recommend exporting any reports you wish to keep before deleting the App.

3. INTERNET ACCESS AND THE ARTICLES FEATURE

The App connects to the internet for one purpose: to display articles from our blog ("Esther's Tips") hosted at eldercaresolutionsinc.com. When the App fetches articles:

• The request is a standard web request, similar to visiting a website in your browser. As with any web request, our website hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your device's IP address. This information is not linked to anything you do inside the App.

• No information from your plans, questionnaire answers, or reports is ever included in these requests.

• Articles and their images are cached on your device so they can be read offline.

If you tap to read a full article, it opens on our website. Our website is hosted by Wix, and your visit to the website is subject to the website's own privacy practices.

4. SHARING REPORTS (PDF EXPORT)

The App lets you export your plan reports as PDF files using the standard iOS share sheet (for example, to email a report to a family member or advisor). This sharing is entirely under your control and initiated only by you. We never receive a copy of your reports.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

​

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock full plan reports. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details, billing information, or Apple Account information. Your purchase unlock status is stored only on your device. To restore a previous "Unlimited Care Plans" purchase on a new device, use the Restore Purchases button in the App's Settings.

6. INFORMATION WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE

Because we do not collect any personal information, we have nothing to sell, rent, trade, or share with third parties -- and we never will do so with information stored in the App.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for adults planning for elder care. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

​

Privacy laws in various jurisdictions (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation) give consumers rights over personal information that companies collect about them. Because we do not collect any personal information through the App, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, delete, or port on your behalf. You are in complete control: your information lives on your device, and you may delete it at any time.

9. SECURITY

Your information is protected by the security features of your device, including any passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID protections you have enabled. Because your information never leaves your device, it is not exposed to network transmission or server storage risks. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system up to date and to use a device passcode.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

If we update this Privacy Policy -- for example, if a future version of the App adds features that change how information is handled -- we will post the revised policy at this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Any material changes affecting information handling in the App will be described in the App Store update notes for the relevant version.
